This beautiful collection of 6 high-quality cloisonné pins celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the historic race where the "unbreakable" Four-Minute Mile was broken by Bannister and Landy. In 1954 Bannister and Landy were the first Track and Field runners to break this mark with a time of 3:58:8 -- an incredible moment in history. This collection of six pins was produced for the 40th Anniversary of this historic event at the 1994 Pan American Games in Victoria, British Columbia, the very city where the record was broken. These pins will surely be a prized addition to any serious Track and Field fan's collection. These are "ultra-high" quality lapel pins, and the Stopwatch pins are especially nice.
